Below you can see how Niro Global ensures 100% functional and reliable end products through various technologies.
For Flawless Surfaces
Surface Finishing
Fine bead blasting provides an optimal solution for finishing aluminum and stainless steel surfaces and extending their lifespan. During blasting, we remove all manufacturing residues (metal chips, contaminants) and create the final, mirror-smooth surface.
This process helps us avoid potential issues caused by manufacturing metal particles and problems due to uneven surfaces.
In terms of grit size, we work with 100, 150, 180, and 200 grit blasting. Their particle size is typically between 45 µm and 1000 µm, and their microhardness is generally between 500 and 550 Kgf/mm2.
Surface Grain Grinding:
Precision Finishing
For industrial-grade surface preparation and smoothing, stainless steel is mechanically treated with abrasive chip removal processes: machining, grinding, or polishing with abrasive belts.
For Lasting Machines:
Precise Welding
One of the most important properties of metal constructions is stable, durable fastening. High-quality welding ensures years of machine operation and safety compliance.
Creating Arcs and Passages: Sheet Metal Bending
The process used in manufacturing metal rollers and tubes involves mechanically bending various soft metals into the desired shape. This technology is particularly useful in custom machine manufacturing, as bending parameters are set manually.
Laser Cutting: Outperforms Even Chefs
Whether it’s a custom, special shape or a simple form, laser sheet cutting technology excels in any application. It can cut out desired shapes in a fraction of the time required for manual work.
